Chandigarh Group of College CGC, Jhanjeri Mohali was established in 2012. The institute has also been accredited with grade 'A' by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The courses offered are duly approved by the Government of Punjab while Engineering and MBA courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and all the Law Courses are approved by Govt. of Punjab and Bar Council of India.

Faculty of Engineering, as well as Faculty of Management both, are affiliated to IKG PTU, Jalandhar while Chandigarh Law College is affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala.CGC Group has expanded his service in one more location with Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC), Landran.

The idea was born. Starting with a modest building with a handful of students, CGC has now become a legacy of success itself. Quality education that reaches all sections of society is the resolution as well as the mission here at CGC. 

Currently, CGC-J offers more than 40 advanced, practice-based and industry-par undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the fields of Engineering, Management, Commerce, Law*, Computer Application, Journalism, Pharmacy*, Sciences, and others.

Every year, industry experts and international expert faculties from top corporate and world-renowned universities, respectively, visit our campus to give students a first-hand experience of the global education landscape and real-life industry.

Also since inception, the college has been taking a keen interest in various social welfare activities. Pursuant to the same, the college is running a full-fledged NSS Unit affiliated to I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University.
